All year long, we host high-intensity small group sessions at multiple facilities. These sessions are an opportunity for goalies to train with our staff on a regular basis. Sessions are included in the 4 Leaf Player Tuition and open to goalies not part of 4 Leaf to join as well. .

Our sessions are designed to refine your skills, enhance your reflexes, and take your game to the next level. Whether you are looking to improve specific techniques or overall performance, our experienced coaches will provide targeted drills and insights to help you excel in the crease. Join us to hone your abilities and gain confidence in the cage.

Each session is capped at 20 players per session to ensure lots of reps and action! Open to boys and girls players of all skill levels.
