The Experience

The Club Team Experience

4 Leaf Lacrosse empowers aspiring athletes with unparalleled opportunities for growth, skill development, and character building through elite-level lacrosse training. We are committed to fostering a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and dedication, enabling our players to excel both on and off the field while inspiring a lifelong passion for the sport. Players who compete on 4 Leaf Teams plan to advance to the Collegiate level. 4 Leaf excels in getting our players placed at a school that allows them to continue to develop their skills and compete at a high level while also fitting their academic criteria.

4 Leaf players come from all over New England and beyond. We do not offer state based teams, but rather bring the best players from every state together to compete Nationally. Throughout the year 4Leaf players are offered training sessions on multiple nights per week at different locations throughout New England. Regional training will be offered in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. 4 Leaf currently offers over 120 team practices and skill sessions throughout the year. Additionally, 4Leaf offers training camps multiple times per year to bring together the players coming in from all over New England and beyond. We offer full day and multi-day events where 4 Leaf Coaches build team chemistry, install systems, and prepare to compete nationally.

Our boys' teams compete year-round at the most elite and competitive events that the country offers under the guidance of our experienced coaching staff. Our players are offered a year-round elite training program for the fall, winter, spring and summer seasons. We believe strongly in the multi-sport athlete and highly encourage all athletes in our program to participate in our year-round club, while also focusing on their other sports to be the most well-rounded athlete possible!

Fall

In the fall, our high school and youth teams attend 2 of the premier tournaments in October or November. We bring the teams together for one full day mini-camp before our first tournament to prepare for the events allowing the schedule to not be prohibitive of other fall commitments.

Additionally we provide five optional regional based training on Sundays.

Winter

Throughout the winter season our players are offered skill sessions on multiple nights at different locations throughout New England. We believe the winter training is the most important part of our player development program. These sessions are fast paced with high level of repetitions. We offer over 90 training nights from November through February.

As part of our program fee, our players can attend as many or as few skills / positional nights as their schedule will allow. Players are not required to attend these sessions and there will be no attendance taken. We recommend that players attend trainings that are most convenient geographically and work with their schedules.

This winter we will be offering training in the following locations: Tyngsboro, MA; Hampstead, NH; Hooksett, NH; Burlington, VT; Saco, ME; and Portland, ME.

Our Coaches

Our experienced coaching staff is passionate and dedicated to spreading their knowledge of Lacrosse, while fostering growth and hard work amongst all players at 4Leaf.

Spring

During the spring season, our high schoolers participate exclusively with their respective school teams. Our youth program participates in the New England Elite Lacrosse League with the other top clubs in New England.

This league has been built to create competitive games for club lacrosse players during the spring season. The vision for NEELL is to create a league that changes the spring landscape providing greater competition for our lacrosse players. More training and extra reps will not only increase the skill of our players, but also create a more cohesive team for each program ultimately improving summer and future competition. Our Spring practices will be a series of 'mini training camps'. This is where players will get 4 hours of training each session over 4 total sessions.

We do strongly encourage our players to participate in their town season as we believe in the relationships and development of every town program as those are the players/friends our players will be competing alongside with in high school for state championships.

Summer

Our summer season begins in June and concludes by the middle of July. Every 4Leaf team will compete in four summer events in addition to a preseason training camp and team practice. Our teams are provided with two coaches per team to ensure maximum contact time with our seasoned staff to ensure continued player development.
