Experience
FitzGerald brings extensive coaching experience to 4 Leaf, having spent four seasons with Middlebury College’s men’s lacrosse program where he played a key role in securing national rankings. Before Middlebury, he contributed to the success of Division II Lenoir-Rhyne University’s lacrosse team for three years, helping the team achieve notable records, including a South Atlantic Conference (SAC) Tournament title and multiple NCAA Tournament appearances.
During his tenure at Lenoir-Rhyne and Middlebury, FitzGerald coached numerous standout players, including several All-Americans, the Division II National Player of the Year, the Division II Defensive Player of the Year, and an Elite 90 Award winner.
FitzGerald holds an MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Guilford College, where he was a four-year lacrosse player.
A native of New Hampshire, FitzGerald played high school lacrosse at Kearsarge Regional High School in Sutton and youth lacrosse at the New London Outing Club.
