Joe Maimone

Joe Maimone is a native of New Jersey where he attended high school at NJ power, Don Bosco Prep. Following high school, Joe played collegiately at Washington College in Maryland where he played attack and midfield for the Shoremen. Maimone won the Most Improved Player award during the 2020 season and was then nominated captain for his senior year in 2021. Following his time at Washington, Joe utilized his final year of eligibility at Springfield College where he was coached by the fifth all time winningest lacrosse coach, Kieth Bugbee. At Springfield, Maimone graduated with a Masters in Business Administration and was named to All-NEWMAC Honors; helping lead the Pride to a NEWMAC Championship appearance in 2022.Following graduation, Maimone entered the coaching ranks at his scholastic alma mater, Don Bosco Prep, helping the Ironmen to a NJ Non Public A championship appearance where he helped mentor athletes now playing collegiately in the Ivy and Patriot Leagues, ACC, and NESCAC, respectively. Following his time at Don Bosco, Maimone then spent a year at Washington College where he was the Director of Operations for the Men’s Lacrosse program where he also assisted with the Face-Off and Goalie units. Joe currently resides in Portsmouth, NH where he is a Brand Manager for Cascade Maverik Lacrosse.
