Kait Werdelin

Kait joins us with vast coaching experience from collegiate to youth levels.
A New Hampshire native and former Catamount, she played division 1 lacrosse at the University of Vermont before making her way to Maine, where she now calls home. Kait is a personal trainer and yoga instructor.
