Lance Crate

Lance Crate Began coaching for 4Leaf in 2018. Lance started with our Little Leafers Program and was part of the inaugural Sua Sponte Lacrosse Camp. He also worked with Team New England during the Warrior All American games in 2018. During his time with 4Leaf he assisted with our 25’ & 28’ Army teams before taking over our 30’ Army team. Crate spent his playing career at Proctor Academy and Merrimack College.
