Matt Brewster

Boys Youth Director, Matt Brewster, oversees the leadership and development of the youth travel program. Brewster, is the current Head Varsity Coach at Exeter High School. In 2022, Matt was named Coach of the Year by the NHIAA. Coach Brewster has been coaching with 4Leaf since 2016. Matt attended Sacred Heart University while playing D1 lacrosse before transferring and graduating from Franklin Pierce University with a Heath Science Degree. Matt is also a Certified Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Science Association and works with many athletes in the state. 

Coach Brewster, originally from New Hampshire, was a 4 year varsity letter winner for both hockey and lacrosse at Merrimack High School. As a high school lacrosse player he received All-American Honors and played club lacrosse for FCA’s National High School team with some of the best players in the country.
