Sarah Thompson joined the Plymouth State University coaching staff in 2020 as a volunteer coach aid and quickly
moved up to an assistant coach in 2021. Now she is currently the lead assistant coach at Plymouth State University. A native of Hooksett, NH, Sarah went to Plymouth State and was a 4-year member of the women’s lacrosse team, serving as captain her senior year. During her time at Plymouth, she won 3 conference championships and competed in the Division 3 NCAA Tournament three times.
