Executive Director, 4 Leaf Lacrosse
Scott Singer is the Executive Director of 4 Leaf Lacrosse, where he oversees all aspects of the program. With over 15 years of full-time coaching experience, he has guided numerous student-athletes to top-tier college lacrosse programs. His players have committed to or currently attend prestigious schools such as Duke, Princeton, Brown, Yale, Harvard, Cornell, Virginia, Georgetown, Michigan, Ohio State, West Point, Airforce, Lafayette, Providence, UMASS, Bucknell, Vermont, Marquette, Holy Cross, Bryant, Merrimack, Loyola, Bowdoin, Tufts, Williams, Dickinson, Bates and many more. Singer also serves as the Head Lacrosse Coach at The St. Thomas Aquinas School in Dover NH.
Before joining 4 Leaf, Scott was the Director of Training and Methodology for 3d Lacrosse, where he oversaw the training curriculum for a dozen markets nationwide. While living in Boston, he also served as Head Lacrosse Coach at The Roxbury Latin School for three years.
Scott’s coaching career includes seven years in NCAA Lacrosse. As a coach at Ohio Wesleyan University, he helped lead the Battling Bishops to the 2018 NCAA quarterfinals and a seventh-place ranking in the year-end national polls. Under his guidance, seven players earned USILA All-American honors, one was named Scholar All-American, and 14 received All-NCAC recognition. Additionally, one of his short-stick midfielders earned Division III’s Specialty Player of the Year Award. The Ohio Wesleyan staff was also voted the 2018 IMLCA DIII Coaching Staff of the Year. As the offensive coach, Scott’s unit ranked in the top ten nationally for both scoring and man-up offense. Prior to his time at Ohio Wesleyan, Scott spent a year as the Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator at Colorado College, helping lead the Tigers to the second round of the NCAA Division III playoffs. He coached two All-Americans, a Scholar All-American, and four All-Region players. Scott began his coaching career at Roger Williams University, where he served as defensive coordinator in 2014 and 2015, and as offensive coordinator in 2016, helping the Hawks achieve a 37-17 record.
In addition to his coaching career, Scott is the Founder of Midnight Rider Box Lacrosse, the premier box lacrosse club on the East Coast. He has also contributed to the USA Indoor program, including being part of the first U.S. team to defeat Canada in World Indoor Lacrosse competition and participating in the gold medal game.
A native of Providence, Rhode Island, Scott played midfield at the University of Hartford. He now resides in Brentwood, NH, with his wife Olivia, son Hunter, and their dog Rex.
