Becky Dale

Becky Dale is the head coach of Plymouth State’s women’s lacrosse team,, leading the Panthers to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances. Her teams won LEC Tournament titles in both 2023 and 2024. A former Plymouth State player (2014-17) who won two conference championships, Dale served as assistant coach (2019-2020) before two seasons at Skidmore College.
