Girls Travel Lacrosse in NH, ME, MA & Vermont
4 Leaf Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing girls travel lacrosse programs in Northern New England — with teams competing in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Northern Massachusetts. Our girls program is built differently from most clubs: we dedicate a full coaching staff exclusively to girls lacrosse, we limit rosters to keep competition standards high, and we make college recruiting support a core part of every season. If your daughter is serious about the game, this is where she belongs.
What Makes 4 Leaf Girls Lacrosse Different
Girls lacrosse in Northern New England has historically lacked the same depth of elite club programming available to boys players. 4 Leaf is changing that. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we have built a girls program that competes at the same level as the top clubs in southern New England — while remaining accessible to athletes in NH, ME, MA, and VT who do not want to travel to Boston for quality training.
- Dedicated girls coaching staff led by our Director of Girls Lacrosse
- One competitive team per graduation year — grades 3 through 11
- Year-round training at five regional locations across NH, ME, VT, and MA
- Six college recruiting coaches working with every athlete from day one
- Proven track record of D1, D2, and D3 commits every year
A Year-Round Program Designed for Serious Girls Players
Here is the full picture of what a 4 Leaf season looks like for girls players:
| Fall | Training camp + regional sessions per location (NH, ME, VT) + 2 premier tournaments |
| Winter | 5 regional locations + 18 weeks of position-based indoor skills + 90 total training sessions |
| Spring | Youth only: 4 mini training camps + 2–3 play days. High schoolers train with their school teams. |
| Summer | Preseason camp + regional sessions per location (NH, MA, ME, VT) + 3–4 tournaments |
Fall
Tournaments, Training & Teambuilding
The girls fall season opens with a full-day training camp that brings the entire team together before the first tournament. This is where chemistry gets built and game systems get installed. From there, girls high school and youth teams compete in two premier fall tournaments in October or November — facing top competition.
Our Girls Coaching Staff
Our girls coaches are passionate about the sport and dedicated to every player's individual growth. The staff is led by our Director of Girls Lacrosse and includes coaches with collegiate playing and coaching experience. We pride ourselves on a culture that is demanding and supportive at the same time, because that is the environment where players improve most.
Winter
Where Great Players Are Made
The winter is where the real work happens. 4 Leaf offers over 90 girls training nights from November through February — more than any other club program in Northern New England. Sessions are high-repetition, position-specific, and coached at a professional level. This is where players who show up separate themselves from players who do not.
Flexible Scheduling — Train Where It Makes Sense for Your Family
Winter training is covered under your program fee. Attendance is completely optional — no sign-ins, no required sessions. We know families in Maine and Vermont face long drives, and we know winter schedules are complicated. Choose the location and nights that work for you. Current winter training sites:
- Tyngsboro, MA
- Amesbury, MA
- Hooksett, NH
- Williston, VT
- Portland, ME
Spring
Town Lacrosse & Youth Mini Camps
Spring at 4 Leaf is about balance. High school girls play exclusively with their school teams, we support that fully.
Spring Youth Mini Camps
The friends and teammates your daughter builds in her town program are the ones she will compete alongside through high school. We want her to be invested in that.
Our girls youth players participate in four spring mini training camps — each four hours of structured skill and team work. 2-3 play days are added to keep the competitive rhythm going before summer. By the time summer season arrives, our youth players are ready.
Summer
Compete at the Highest Level
Summer is the main event. Every 4 Leaf girls team competes in three to four tournaments from June through mid-July, including events where Division I, II, and III college coaches evaluate players. Teams train together weekly during the summer and are staffed with two coaches per team to ensure every player gets coaching attention throughout the competitive season.
Summer Showcases for College Recruiting
For high school girls players, summer tournaments are recruiting events. 4 Leaf deliberately selects showcases attended by college coaching staffs, so that when your daughter takes the field, the right people are watching. Our recruiting team coordinates with event organizers and college coaches year-round to maximize exposure for every eligible player.
Where We Train

A Proven Path
College recruiting for girls lacrosse has become increasingly competitive. Families need a club with real relationships — not just a showcase schedule. 4 Leaf has six coaches dedicated to the recruiting process, all working under our Director of Recruiting. We help your daughter build her profile, identify the right academic and athletic fits, and get in front of college coaches at every level.
D1, D2 & D3
We help athletes identify where the right fit is, not just the most prestigious name. A great fit leads to a great four years.
