Experience
Duncan FitzGerald is in his second year directing the 4 Leaf girls lacrosse program and currently serves as the girls varsity lacrosse coach at Proctor Academy in Andover, New Hampshire. He coaches four years at Middlebury College as an assistant coach after three seasons at Division II Lenoir-Rhyne in North Carolina. At Lenoir-Rhyne, the Bears posted a 41-10 record with a perfect 24-0 mark in SAC regular-season play, a 2016 conference tournament title, and a 2018 NCAA Semifinal appearance as the top seed. He helped coach one of the nation’s top offenses (14.35 goals per game) and mentored five All-Americans and two conference Freshman of the Year winners.
FitzGerald earned his MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne in 2018 and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Guilford College in 2015, where he played four years as a midfielder, attack, and face-off specialist. A native of New London, New Hampshire, he played at Kearsarge Regional High School.
